This report, concerning privacy policies for the treatment of personal data collected by
Gattarella Spa, owners of website www.gattarella.it, is intended to accurately describe the management of personal data of users of the website.
This is, in addition, information in accordance with art. 13 of
Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003 n.196 for users of the services provided by our website.

No item of data shall be communicated or distributed.
Navigation Data Treatment
Information technology systems and software procedures essential to the functioning of this website, collects, during the course of routine operation, certain personal information whose transmission is explicit in the use of Internet communication protocol. This information is not collected for the purposes of being linked to the interested parties but, by their very nature could, through processing and association with information held by third parties, permit the identification of users. Subjects to which personal data relates, according to art. 7 of D.L.196/2003, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data relating to themselves and to know the contents and origins, check the accuracy or complete, update, or correct them. In addition, subjects to which personal data relates, have the right to request their deletion, transformation to anonymous form or to block the use of their personal data in case of legal violation, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of their personal data. Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of relative personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to their communication in intelligible form.
