Information on treatment of personal data (art. 13 D.L.196/2003) for website www.gattarella.it owned by Gattarella Spa.

This report, concerning privacy policies for the treatment of personal data collected by Gattarella Spa, owners of website www.gattarella.it, is intended to accurately describe the management of personal data of users of the website.

This is, in addition, information in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003 n.196 for users of the services provided by our website.

The following specifications also adhere to the guidelines within art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/CE with particular reference to the collection of personal data establishes the minimum measures that must be taken in order to guarantee the commitment to privacy and legality of such measures (in accordance with arts. 6, 7, 10 and 11 of directive 95/46/CE).

Purpose of Treatment of Data
Personal data supplied by users who access the website and take advantage of the services:


“Information request” request for information made by sending an availability enquiry to the Gattarella Spa e-mail address using the Info request form;
 “Newsletter” to receive information on news and package deals;

shall be used for the purposes of providing the service requested or for e-mail marketing services and shall not be passed on to third parties, except if required by law or if absolutely necessary to the fulfilment of the user’s enquiry.

No item of data shall be communicated or distributed.


Navigation Data Treatment
Information technology systems and software procedures essential to the functioning of this website, collects, during the course of routine operation, certain personal information whose transmission is explicit in the use of Internet communication protocol. This information is not collected for the purposes of being linked to the interested parties but, by their very nature could, through processing and association with information held by third parties, permit the identification of users. Included in this category of data are IP addresses and domain names of computers used to access our website, URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of requested resources, time of enquiry, method used to make request to server, size of file received in response, numeric code indicating the state of response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other relative operating system and user IT environment parameters. The data collected is used for the management of the technical and administrative operation of our website, for the diagnosis of any technical problems and for the prevention of intrusion and abuse of the service. Personal data collected from the navigation of our website will be used solely for internal statistical purposes and for the suppression of illegal actions. Information will be used solely for the purposes of obtaining anonymous statistics on the use of the website and to ensure its correct functionality and shall be deleted immediately after processing.

Consent to treatment - art. 23 and 24 Codice Privacy
The provisions of the Codice Privacy require the obtaining of prior consent for the collection and treatment of personal data. Consent must be express: given freely and specifically in writing. Consent is valid provided it is preceded by the privacy treatment information.

Consent to send E-mails - art. 130 Codice Privacy
Art. 130 of D.L.196/2003 requires prior consent - cd. opt-in - for the sending of publicity or commercial communications using electronic post. Gattarella Spa requests consent for: a)treatment of personal data (where requested) b)use of electronic post for marketing purposes (cd. opt-in). Gattarella Spa guarantees to have obtained: a)consent to acquire data via on-line Enquiry; b)consent for data collected through subscription to newsletter mailing list. Recipients who no longer wish to receive promotional messages from Gattarella Spa are guaranteed the right to oppose the treatment of personal data and the receipt of e-mail promotions (cd. opt-out), requesting the deletion of personal data by writing to info@gattarella.it.

Gattarella Spa E-mail Marketing on website www.gattarella.it is managed in accordance with the Testo Unico on Privacy – Decreto Legislativo 196/2003 – Codice Privacy. Personal data is directly collected by Gattarella Spa. Data collection can occur by:

a)Directly entering information in our on-line “Enquiry”;
b)Subscribing to our newsletter mailing list;
c)Sending an e-mail to info@gattarella.it.  Databases are built for the purposes of commercial information, the sending of publicity material and for marketing communications.

Rights of interested parties – art. 7 Codice Privacy
Subjects to which personal data relates, according to art. 7 of D.L.196/2003, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data relating to themselves and to know the contents and origins, check the accuracy or complete, update, or correct them. In addition, subjects to which personal data relates, have the right to request their deletion, transformation to anonymous form or to block the use of their personal data in case of legal violation, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of their personal data. Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of relative personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to their communication in intelligible form.
