The Residence Pineta measures between 45 and 60 square meters including the external veranda. It is designed to accommodate up to 5 people and has a distance from the beach between 300 and 800 meters.

Divided into several rooms, it contains: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with fridge, microwave and 28 ‘LCD TV.

In some units it is possible to request the addition of a bed or cot (subject to availability).

These residences are located in the pine forest, completely surrounded by greenery and silence. It is about 300/800 meters from the beach. What makes this area special is the shade of the pine trees at any time of day, perfect if your dream is to have a holiday in contact with nature.
