Safe Holidays Covid-19 protocol

Gattarella Resort works daily on safety rules and protocols that meet the guidelines on hygiene and cleanliness and guarantee the highest safety standards to our guests and to the people who work with us and who always offer the quality of our Resort experience.

AIR CONDITIONING

To avoid the risk of contagion, the air conditioning systems are regularly sanitized.

COMMON SPACES

We guarantee social distancing with a controlled level of occupancy of the structure.

DISPENSER

In each area of ​​the hotel, dispensers are available to customers and collaborators to dispense disinfectant gels.

All activities are controlled in order to guarantee safety distances.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES/BEACH

The umbrellas on the beach are spaced about 6 meters from each other by far a distance greater than that required by law. All activities will be proposed following and respecting the requirements in terms of distancing.

PERSONAL SAFETY

A doctor is available daily and we have appointed a person responsible for constantly monitoring the application of procedures in terms of the safety of guests and staff. Access to the facility dedicated to customers and staff controlled with digital body temperature thermometers.

RESPECT FOR DISTANCES

The Gattarella Resort enjoys a particularly privileged situation thanks to large spaces (20 hectares) which have always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and where it is easy to keep your distance.

RESTAURANTS

We ensure the spacing of the tables of a few meters in all restaurants and all with outdoor areas.

ROOMS

We have intensified the sanitation procedures with particular attention to detail. We also integrate sanitation with specific portable equipment and alcohol-based products that allow you to comply with all protocols as per instructions received from the authorities.

SAFETY DEVICES

Safety devices such as masks, gloves and sanitizing gel are available to all guests and staff. It is mandatory to always wear masks even outdoors until new legal provisions are received and where it is possible to avoid the creation of gatherings.

TRAINING

All our staff are trained according to the WHO guidelines so that they can safely carry out their assigned tasks.

WELLNESS

The password will be “outdoors”. We offer outdoor fitness activities for adults and children combined with yoga and zumba in our pine forest. Our well-being has always been centered on the territory and space, this year it will be even more so.
