Dear Friends and Customers,
In light of the situation around COVID-19 and the latest decree approved by the Italian Government, we made the painful decision to close the Gattarella Resort until April 3rd. Our operation has been structured for the use of smart working and all the maintenance work scheduled for this time of the year, has been postponed.
The health and safety of our employees and clients, which for us are extended family, have priority for us as parents.
For more than 60 years, we have been here for you. I have been throughout good and bad times, as the yearly renovations taken place at the resort since we manage it, the birth of my daughters, the loss of my father Natalino, and the great fire that we faced in 2007. We kept growing and reopened, time after time.
It is in our nature to be open; the time has inspired us to give you indelible emotions and memories. We are using this moment to continue to amaze you, improving our services and learning valuable professional lessons.
I never imagined having to close the resort, our doors are made to welcome you. The closure, goes against our nature. As hard as it can be, this is the best way to take care of ourselves, your family members and the world.
I want to dedicate a heartfelt thought to all our customers and also to all of those professionals and volunteers at the most affected regions of Italy, who are working on the front line. You are the pride of our nation. You are showing the politicians of the world, that are no barriers when at stake, there is the life of human people of all ages.
We thank you from the bottom of our heart. Take care of yourself, we’ll see you soon, very soon, when everything is over. Grandparents and parents of Italy are a precious asset for all of us and that will always remain.
