Newsletter Policy On the processing of personal data

Ex article 13 of Regulation (EU) n.679 / 2016
The Newsletter is published on the website and distributed via e-mail to the applicants who fill out the relevant form.
The data provided will be used with IT and telematics tools in order to render the service and will be kept for as long as it is active.

The legal basis of the processing of personal data is constituted by the consent expressed through registration and
provision of data. The data will be processed exclusively by the staff and the collaborators of the owner (see full information under the link in the privacy policy section) or by the subjects expressly appointed as data processors (for example for technological maintenance needs of the site).

Interested parties have the right to obtain, in foreseen cases, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of that data or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (article 15 and those following, of the Regulations).

The specific application is submitted to the certified e-mail address of the data controller or the DPO, where
he is appointed.

We inform you that the interested parties have the right to propose a complaint to the Privacy Guarantor, as foreseen by art. 77 of the
Regulation 2016/679 or to appeal in court (Article 79 of the Regulation).
